Try our core blends and find your favourite!This bundle includes Dark Horse (dark roast),  Show Pony (medium roast), and Palomino (light roast).

Over the years we\'ve developed a refined stable of core blends. Originally we just had Show Pony, which was created to be a coffee that works on all brew methods and pleases every palette. It\'s a beautiful vibrant espresso, but it\'s great as a filter coffee as well. 

Then, we added Dark Horse. By mistake. One of the roasters added the wrong beans into a blend of Show Pony, but it actually turned out really nice! After a few refinements, Dark Horse was born. It\'s more robust than Show Pony and it too can be a very rich espresso or a nice robust filter coffee.

Lastly, Palomino joined the line-up earlier this your to round it out with a light roast blend. We crafted it to be nice and fruity and sweet like popular light roasts, but it\'s less citrus-forward and has lower acidy than a lot of other light roasts.

All our coffee is shipped as whole beans ensuring you get the freshest coffee in your cup every morning. All tasting notes indicate what our roasters tasted when sampling the coffee. No flavours are added to our beans.
